Official Launch FAQ - Part 3

Hi Commanders,

we’ve felt your love and passion for the first day of your adventure, and we truly appreciate that!

We also received lots of good feedback and suggestions, we are going to address the top contenders here: “#1. The Game’s pre-registration rewards confusion”, “#2. Audio recording permission request when starting the game for the first time (for the voice chat in-game)” and “#3. Annoying world chat or banter”. We very much appreciate all the suggestions and supports!

We will provide the following quick fixes of above issues within 24 hours:

1. The pre-register rewards are not clear enough, and it confused me.

Due to the confusion about how to claim my official website pre-register rewards (see details in previous post: http://bit.ly/2R7jDVf), we decide to send out A SSR HERO AS AN EXCLUSIVE PRE-REGISTER REWARD, please read information below carefully in order to get the SSR Hero correctly:

A. EVERYONE who have already created a character in-game before 09:59 01/25 CST (GMT-6) can get that reward.

B. The TIME PERIOD to CLAIM the EXCLUSIVE PRE-REGISTER REWARD – SSR Hero (Dieharte) is from 10:00 AM 01/22 CST to 09:59 01/25 CST (GMT-6), please log in into the game, and check your in-game mail to claim this exclusive reward! (ONLY DURING THIS TIME PERIOD!!! ONLY 3 DAYS!)

2. About Audio Permission (for some Android players)

Teamwork is an important part of endgame combat in Langrisser, and as such, the game features a voice chat function that allows you to communicate with your friends and allies (press and hold mic button to send out voice message). We assure you that Langrisser only requests access to your microphone to provide you with a more fun and intuitive experience!

For this issue, we will update the client before 10:00 AM 01/23 CST GMT-6 (you need to go to Google Play to update the game when you see there is an update appear in the store), and make this permission only appear when you use that voice chat function. You don’t need to accept that permission before enjoying the game, only if you use that function going forward after the fix.

3. Annoying world chat or banter

We will update the client with a HOTFIX (just some extra resources when you logging in) before 06:00 AM 01/23 CST (GMT-6) to delete that central pop-up chat history box. After the update, it will no longer be there, if you want see the chat, just simply click the “chat” button on the left to see what the newest chat history is.
