Third-Party Recharging, Fraudulent Refunds, and Other Illegal Behavior

In order to maintain fairness in Langrisser, as well as protect account security and the interests of Commanders everywhere, players found to be carrying out illegal recharge transactions including but not limited to using third-party recharge agents, conducting any other kind of third-party account transaction, or conducting fraudulent refunds, will be severely punished.

About Illegal Transactions

1. Accounts using illegal third-party recharge agents and accounts exploiting fraudulent refunds will be permanently closed once discovered.
2. If items purchased using the above illegal methods are not delivered to your account, no compensation will be granted.
3. If your account is stolen as a result of illegal recharging or trading, ZLONGAME will not be held responsible or be able to offer any assistance with retrieving your account.

Illegal recharge channels and account trading channels are unprotected and are very dangerous! The risk of losing your account is extremely high!

1. Illegal recharge channels do not have any security guarantees and there are many criminals out there waiting for an opportunity to steal your account. Many players have reported losing their game account access after attempting to use a third-party recharge service, causing them to lose time and progress in the game.

2. The credibility of illegal recharge channels is very low, and there are often problems when deducting money from your account and then failing to account for it.

3. Illegal recharge channels are funded by unknown sources, posing incalculable and unpredictable risks to players.

4. Third-party and offline account trading information is not officially protected. Most of these services are fraudulent and will most likely lead to the loss of your account. We do not encourage or condone any form of account trading.
