Welcome to our guide for the Light's Illumination Joint Battle!

The following strategies can be used in Lv.23, Lv.28, and Lv.33 stages.

The enemies on more difficult levels are different and may not be entirely suitable for these strategies!

Map Information

Stage Information

The enemy will attack the castle from the three positions shown in the picture.

The enemy will move towards the green squares,

attacking your allied units along the way.

Enemy reinforcement will appear at these positions on the 4th and 7th turns.

If all of your units are killed,

Or if the enemy makes it into the green boxes, you’ll lose the battle.

You’ll win the battle once you eliminate all of the enemy units, including the reinforcements.

Recommended Lineup

Lancer x1 Cavalry x1 Infantry x1 Holy x2 Mage x1

As you’ll need to defend three routes at the same time, you should try your best to ensure that none of your troops is defeated, so sufficient healing is necessary here. If your troops are strong, you can reduce the number of healers and use just one Holy unit to heal your troops from a central position.

Tactical Overview

With 3 routes to defend, it’s impossible to equip every regiment with a designated healer, so try not to fight outside of the castle and defend from the middle of the map.

Depending on the classes of the enemies that appear on each route, send out a melee troop with a class advantage to lure the enemy closer, then attack them with your Mage and provide healing from your central position.

Don’t get greedy -- always pay attention to the enemy's attack range to prevent your more fragile troops from being obliterated. This is a defensive battle, and any losses you incur will make the rest of the battle very difficult.

The boss, Illzach, kills Lancers in a matter of seconds, so your Lancer should move ahead quickly after the first Cavalry reinforcements appear to avoid being targeted.

There are only two feasible points of approach in each road. Make good use of these points and you should be able to prevent your heroes from being wiped out.

And that’s all for now! Follow the above advice and you’ll dominate every Joint Battle you fight!
