Revolution Superdevice Info

Respected Pilots:
Recently, the Great Council has received a number of questions about the Revolution Cruiser's superdevice. To address these questions, the Great Council has further inspected the Revolution's descriptions and functions, and would now like to address these matters:
1. It has been verified that the most accurate description of the Revolution superdevice's shield recharge effect is as follows: Instantly recharge 46.2% shield, then increase all shield RES by 63% and velocity by 100% for 20s. Shield recharge amount cannot exceed 16613..
2. As the shield recharge limit is set to 16,613, 46.2% shield recharge will surpass this 16,613 limit for some ships with a high shield capacity. In these cases, only 16,613 shield points will be restored. Though this may result in a lower numerical performance than 46.2%, this is in fact the correct amount corresponding to the device itself.
3. In the previous device description, we failed to accurately express the device's shield recharge limit, which led to confusion among some pilots. The Great Council apologizes for this. This description has been fixed with specific numerical information added.
Compensation:
First of all, the Great Council would like to sincerely apologize for this oversight. In order to express our apologies, we will compensate all affected pilots as follows:
1.Players to be compensated: All pilots who purchased a second phase ACE Badge before 22:00 (GT) on November 25th, 2019.
2.Compensation Content: 150,000 Credits + 150 Illegal Miners' Ore Containers
3.Compensation Time: The related data query and compensation process will take some time, but we will ensure that compensation is sent via in-game mail within 5 working days after this problem is fixed.
