Recruit Intro

　　Recruits are loyal partners to the Pilot. They can fight as wingmen, form a fleet to complete bounty/mining quests, and reduce the time and materials required for research/production.
[Recruit Classes]
　　1. There are four classes of recruit, Soldiers, Scientists, Explorers and Engineers. Soldiers are good at battle. Scientists reduce the time and materials required for research. Explorers grant you more earnings for completing bounty/mining quests. Engineers reduce the time and materials required for production.
　　2. A recruit's class will be clarified in the recruit's information text. It's also displayed at the upper left of the recruit icon.
 
 
[Recruit Rank]
　　1. There are four recruit ranks, Novice, Elite, Expert and Master.
　　2. A recruit's rank will be stated in the recruit's introduction text. It's also displayed on the upper left corner of the recruit icon. Green refers to Novice, Blue refers to Elite, Purple refers to Expert and Orange refers to Master.
[Recruit's Ship]
　　1.The ship piloted by the recruit will be shown at the upper right of the recruit interface.
 
 
　　2. Tap the ship to open the ship panel. Activated ships will be shown as lit. Ships darkened requires certain recruit levels to be activated. Tap Activate at the bottom right when the required level is reached to activate the ship.
 
 
[Recruit's Expertise]
　　1. A recruit's initial expertise can be upgraded but cannot be acquired.
　　2. Recruits can acquire and upgrade other expertise. There's a chance for a recruit to acquire expertise while upgrade. Acquired expertise can be trained/upgraded.
 
 
[Set Up Your Recruit]
　　1. To set a recruit as the wingman of Pilot, first, you need to tap the Wingman button to open the wingman settings.
 
 
　　2. You can set up to 3 wingmen which will be deployed according to the order. Tap the corresponding position to set the recruit as a wingman. 
　　3. You can also replace the current wingman or withdraw the recruit here. 
[Recruit Upgrade]
　　1. Recruits can obtain EXP from completing bounty quests and mining quests to upgrade. 
 
 
　　2. You can also train recruits to upgrade them.
