Happy Langrisser Day! On today's Langrisser Day, not only are we proud to inform you that Evolved Sigma will be joining the game after Thursday's update, but we'll also be walking you through Evolved Sigma's new skills! Commanders, prepare to meet Sigma's all-new deadly form!
Sigma is a strong damage dealer characterized by his range and formidable ATK, and his evolved form integrates these traits. With his new Assassin class, he boasts higher ATK than other Assassins, the furthest range of his original form, and the ability to ignore Guard. Although his Deathshadow talent's effect requires one turn to prepare, its Mobility increase can increase his threat range, and with his new evolved skills, he can play a very stable role in actual combat.
Shadow Duel is Evolved Sigma's core skill. This skill, combined with his talent, allows him to teleport to his target and directly attack the enemy hero, ignoring Guard. This is a very speedy skill. Before entering battle, he gains a buff that makes his unit ignore melee reduction effects and gains Immunity, which helps him to kill his targets with ease. The large amount of HP it restores after battle, and the huge counterattack damage increase and Mobility combined with his talent's damage reduction, grant Sigma adequate flexibility when retreating. Determining your target, depending on your equipment and enchantment options, and when to cast this skill, are also a key considerations.
With this skill, combined with the Deathshadow talent, Sigma can continuously circumvent Guard. Its three-block range is far greater than most Assassins can achieve, making it more convenient to find an attack position. It also solves his previous dependence on Cyborg Vessels, allowing him to choose from a more diverse range of soldiers.
