New Version Hero Intelligence Report

Dear Commanders,

In what seems like the blink of an eye, another Langrisser Day is here! We wish you all a happy Langrisser Day!
On Thursday, Langrisser's newest update, Hope and Decay, will land! After the maintenance update, the new heroes SSR Mu and Epsilon will be ready to join your team and adventure with you across El Sallia. So, in preparation of this momentous event, we'll be brining you the latest intelligence report on the new heroes this Langrisser Day!

SSR Epsilon

Character Introduction
150 years ago, war engulfed Yeless. It was a war involving the humans, Demons, and Moon Dwellers. The cause of the war was none other than legendary Magic Marshal, the Transcender Gizarof. The Source of Chaos was overturned, but that wasn't the end of the Transcender's plans. His evil lay dormant, growing stronger and more hateful toward the world. That was when the strongest vessel, Epsilon, was created, with the goal of controlling Alhazard.

Talent: Alhazard Vessel
When entering battle, Crit and Crit Damage increase by 10%/15%/20%/25%. Soldiers can engage in active ranged attacks along with the hero.

If unit has a [Fusion Power] special effect, skill range increases by 1/1/2/2 and Mobility increases by 1/1/2/2.

As Gizarof's proudest creation, Epsilon, the strongest vessel, joins the Meteor Strike faction in line with his one-hit-kill design concept. In addition to granting increased Crit and Crit Damage, his talent can also allow melee soldiers to attack with Epsilon from range, lending him amazing power when using skills. With regards to his Fusion Power effect, the Mobility and range increase it grants also significantly increases Epsilon's ability to suppress the enemy.

3-Cost Skill: Demonic Blade
[Passive] Every time 1 unit is eliminated on the battlefield, unit gains Bloodthirst: ATK increases by 5%. (Can be stacked up to 4 times. Cannot be dispelled.) Demonic Blade's cooldown is reduced by 1 turn.

[Physical Damage] Ignores Guard. Attacks a single enemy, dealing 1.4x damage. Crit increases by 30%. If the enemy is eliminated by this attack, unit gains 1 stack of [Bloodthirst].

Death and destruction were written into Epsilon's genes at the very inception of his creation. No matter whether an enemy or ally is defeated, as long as someone dies, his bloodthirsty nature is aroused, and his ATK increases. If you can increase his ATK multiple times, Demonic Blade will prove to be a true nightmare for enemy heroes, ignoring Guard to deal direct damage. The fact that this skill's cooldown is reduced by 1 each time it kills an enemy also means that he'll be able to continue his rampage all the faster.

Overall Evaluation
Epsilon's only goal is to become as strong as possible, and there's nothing he enjoys more in the world than wreaking carnage. Plan his skill cooldowns wisely, so that if he takes action at the right time, he can march forward and continue tearing up the enemy's defensive line.

SSR Mu

Character Introduction
An unknown past, an unpredictable future. Mu was merely created to be one of three tools Gizarof needed to control the world.
Crucial to Gizarof's return, he chose her from many vessels and patiently taught her. Gizarof's ambitious plan really began to take shape when he saw Mu, codenamed μ-00X, show her true plant powers.

Talent: Power of Vines
If all allies are on [Forest] or [Grassland] terrain, ATK & INT increase by 5%/8%/11%/15%. After taking action, they restore HP equal to 1.5/2/2.5/3x Mu's INT. If all enemies are on the terrains above, after taking action, they have a 40%/60%/80%/100% chance to gain 1 random debuff effect. (This effect doesn't stack with Command skills of the same type.)

Mu was born in Gizarof's laboratory, and possesses the power to manipulate plants. She may look weak, but she is in fact as tenacious and tough as the mightiest plant. Her talent's span covers the entire battlefield. On maps with abundant Forest and Grassland, she can improve the ATK and INT of friendly units from anywhere, and this effect can stack with Fusion Power effects. At the same time, it ensures the survivability of friendly units with its healing effect, and debuffs enemies on Forest and Grassland terrain.

3-Cost Skill: Song of Destruction
[Magic Damage] Attacks a single enemy, dealing 1.6x damage. Before battle, increases the enemy's damage taken by 20% and afflicts them with [Seeds of the Forest]: Upon death, becomes an Ancient Treant that joins the caster's forces. Lasts for 2 turns. Cannot be dispelled. After battle, grants both this unit and the target [Grassfield]: [Command] When any unit within a 1-ring range moves, all passable terrain is considered as [Grassland]. Lasts 2 turns. (Only 1 Ancient Treant can be active on the battlefield at any one time.)

When faced with crisis, plants also have their own way of changing the course of their fate. As such, this skill boasts both damage and utility. Ancient Treants summoned after targets are defeated possess the [Forest Guard] skill: When on Forest or Grassland terrain, the Treant gains Unflinching and Guards physical attacks within 2 blocks. The terrain-based Command effect imposed on the enemy and friendly units after battle affects all heroes within its span. Even when fighting on a map without Forest or Grassland, this skill allows Mu to create advantageous combat terrain so that she can make full use of her talent and skill effects.

Overall Evaluation
Even in harsh environments, Mu can create favorable combat terrain for her team, while weakening the enemy's attack ability. This makes her an excellent support unit with the capacity to deal a certain amount of damage.

And with that, we come to the end of today's Hero Intelligence Report! SSR heroes Mu and Epsilon will be available from a new limited-time summoning banner after the maintenance update on Thursday. We wish you all the best of luck in summoning these unique and powerful heroes!

Finally, please remember to claim your Langrisser Day gift! Until next time—farewell, Commanders!
