Two new SSR heroes, the Archon of the Moon and the Ironblood Commander, will descend on the continent of El Sallia, joining the commanders in adventures. This Langrisser Day, we bring you the latest information on these two new SSR heroes!

SSR Hero Archon of the Moon

Character Introduction

Hardship, hostility - the history of the moon dwellers is characterized by suffering. In search of a peaceful and quiet shelter, two Crimzonian Landers planned a great voyage across the ocean. One of them, who featured prominently in the Final Legend, is known today as the Archon of the Moon - Virash.

Talent - Twin Moons of the Star Ocean

All stats, excluding HP, increase by (12%,16%,20%,25%) when in water.
If the [Displaced] effect is triggered for the enemy this turn, then this unit can take 1 additional action and gains "this unit regards its current terrain as water" and "Mobility +2". Lasts 2 turns. [Cooldown Trigger] This effect can only trigger once every (4,3,3,2) turns.
The aquatic class line grants the Archon of the Moon a 30% defense boost when he is in water. In addition to it, his talent gives him a high status bonus, granting him a great advantage in water.
The Archon of the Moon can take an extra action if he displaced enemies with any of his displacement skills. At the time of this effect, he can also gain a terrain-change effect and a movement+2 buff for 2 rounds, which gives him more chances to damage enemies.

3C Skill - Moon Phase Pull

[Physical Damage] Directly deals 0.26x AoE damage to a single enemy on the battlefield and inflicts a [Displacement] effect: Pulls the target next to this unit, and inflicts Mobility -2 on them. Lasts for 1 turn. Cannot be dispelled. After this skill is used, it is replaced with [Moonrise Wave].
[Moonrise Wave]: [Physical Damage] Attacks a single enemy, dealing 1.5x battle damage. Hero damage increases by 40% when in water. After battle, the unit restores HP equal to 30% of damage dealt and causes the target to regard its current terrain as Water. Cannot be dispelled. Lasts 2 turns. After this skill is used, it is replaced with [Moon Phase Pull].
Archon of the Moon's 3C skill is a switch skill. When used for the first time, it is an area skill with an effective area of 3 blocks and a range of 1 block. In addition to causing a 0.26x AoE damage, it can pull the target to your side and reduce its movement by 2. After the [Moon Phase Pull] is used, it will switch to the [Moonrise Wave], a 1.5x damage single-target skill. When in water, this skill boosts his damage by 40%, and the troops can recover a certain amount of HP after a battle. It additionally gives the target 2 turns of "in-water" status, which can not be dispelled.

Overview

The strengths of the Archon of the Moon reside in his excellence in water. Apart from his high stats in water, his various displacement skills, such as pulling and pushing, combined with the ability to act again and in-water and movement boost effects triggered by the talent, give him the power to tear down the formation of enemies.

SSR Hero Ironblood Commander

Character Introduction

Ares, the pillar of the Ark, was lost in a fierce battle. As the highest person of authority on the ship, Florentia had to shoulder the entire responsibility of Elysium. In order to grow herself from a soft, pencil-pushing officer into a worthy commander-in-chief of the ship, she embarked on an unimaginably difficult path. Using Mana technology to physically enhance her body, she began a ruthless battle with the old nobility of Gresden...

Talent - Ironblood Formation

Damage Dealt increases by (10%,15%,20%,30%). Before the end of the action, this unit can also use one formation skill:
Power Attack Formation: If there are 2 allied units within a 1 block diagonal line of the caster, then the caster and these 2 allies gain [Power Attack]: Soldier ATK +25%, and allied units with Base Mobility of less than 5 gain bonus Mobility (amount is equal to 5 minus the unit's Base Mobility). Lasts 3 turns.
Endurance Formation: 3 allied units on a 3 blocks straight line recover 70% of Soldier HP and they, along with the caster, gain [Endure]: Soldier DEF & MDEF increase by 15% and they are immune to displacement. Lasts 3 turns.
(Power Attack and Endurance cannot be dispelled from the caster and cannot stack. Formation skills have a cooldown duration of (4,3,3,2) turns.)
The talent grants Ironblood Commander a high damage boost. With the high multiplier of her 3C skill, she is capable of dealing great damage to a single target. Additionally, the effects of [Power Attack Formation] and [Endurance Formation] can also provide offensive and defensive boosts to allies.

3C Skill - Ironblood Glory

[Magic Damage] Attacks a single enemy, dealing 1.7x damage. After battle, that unit permanently receives [Breakdown]: Soldiers' received healing effects are reduced by 80%. Cannot be dispelled. When equipped with melee soldiers, the soldiers will attack too. If this unit has [Power Attack], then it attacks first in this battle. Before battle, it dispels 5 buffs from the enemy. If this unit has [Endure], then it can move 3 additional blocks after battle. After taking action, it causes all allied units within a 1-ring range to take 15% reduced damage and restores 30% of soldiers' HP after battle. Lasts 2 turns. (This skill is not affected by melee damage penalty.)
The 3C skill of the Ironblood Commander is a single-target damage skill. After battle, it can permanently reduce the received healing effects of the enemy soldiers by 80%. In addition, when Power Attack Formation or Endurance Formation is on, this skill can produce additional effects:
With Power Attack Formation: Attack before the enemy and dispel 5 of the target's buffs before the start of the battle;
With Endurance Formation: The Ironblood Commander can move 3 more blocks after the battle. When the action ends, she grants a damage reduction buff to allies within 1-ring range and recovers the HP of the soldiers after the battle.

Overview

The strengths of the Ironblood Commander reside in her suppression skills and damage boost, her talent with the Strong Attack Formation and the Endurance Formation, and her 3C skill that can give friendly units both offensive and defensive support. Thus, a single round of her action could make a big difference on the battlefield.
