SSR McClaine

McClaine's talent is simple and practical. After entering the water, he becomes pretty formidable as his offensive and defensive attributes improve significantly, which is equal to self-contained Fusion Power.
McClaine's talent in conjunction with his skills, Lord of the Stream (3C) and Terrifying Wave (2C), are his core offensive features. He has access to special effects through his AoE skill, which allows him to enter the water, gain attribute enhancements and a resurrection passive, and limit the enemy's movement through special terrain effects potentially interrupting their attack.
[Classes]
The movement of both McClaine's class lines is all water-centric. Still, the HP, ATK, and DEF of the Serpent Master are higher than the Wandering Traveler, and with aquatic soldiers in the water, there is an additional 30% DEF Bonus. The Serpent Master can take more damage than the assassin line. McClaine's aquatic line can carry, fight, take more damage, and fair better in the face of a multi-assassin lineup.
[Soldiers]
Due to McClaine's attribute boost and water-focused skills, he should prioritize aquatic soldiers in levels with water terrain and select Tide Master to get an excellent offensive and defensive boost in water. The enhancement can make the lineup more solid. At the same time, when using the rushing mechanic, it is recommanded to choose more high-output soldiers to complement with allies and attack together.

Asides from his excellent attributes, McClaine can withstand damage and retaliate on his own. His AoE skill and the 3C's overall self-recovery are also very sufficient. Choosing Serpent Master along with aquatic units can yield excellent results while in the water. When using the rushing mechanic, improve mobility through equipment, and cooperate with rushing teammates to deal damage on the battlefield.
SSR Ricky

Ricky's talent provides him with ATK bonuses that will also benefit his soldiers. The Sand Sea Mercenaries grant Ricky super-self-recovery skill and good damage output.
At the end of the action, the defended direction can be specified and reduce all physical damage received by 30%, making it difficult for enemies in that direction to deal severe damage.
[Classes]
Given that the ATK Bonus of Ricky's talent will also apply to the soldiers, the high ATK troops can increase their damage output potential. If extra damage is needed, Ricky can choose the [Hero] class, granting him high damage output and endurance to break through the enemy's line. If the team needs a tank, Ricky can choose the [Grand Marshal] class, granting him high defensive attributes and features that protect the back row from harm.

Since Ricky's talent applies Bonus to himself and his soldiers, the Sand Sea Mercenaries will end up with an impressive ATK. Ricky's bonus, combined with the soldier's passive bonus, will turn them into a real threat on the battlefield. Also, Ricky's recovery ability and the Sea Mercenaries' passive grants them incredible survivability.

It is easy to buff Ricky with Fusion Power in teams composed of the Legion of Glory and the Yeless Legends. His 3C aura can provide an additional 15% ATK and INT Bonus to all friendly units. Therefore, Ricky can act as an excellent support tank and have a secondary role as a damage dealer.
