Poplar-class
The Poplar-class frigate is one of the most agile ships in the Svarus fleet. Its Superdevice can deal heavy damage to enemies within a small area, while its tactical components can reduce SD recharge time after dodging an attack. The Poplar-class enjoys bonuses against some interference devices and can perform well in both PVE and PVP.
Poplar-Class Tips
Velocity has a significant effect on hit chance, so equipping the Poplar-class with components that increase velocity can effectively improve its survivability, mobility and damage. In PVP battles, Poplar-class frigates equipped with an interference device can be very effective at running interference against large ships.
Coldrain-Class
The Coldrain-class is one of the most challenging destroyers to use, and one of the most rewarding. Its tactical component reduces the CD of all weapons when a weapon or device is used, triggering once every 4 seconds. Like the Poplar-class, its Superdevice deals damage to targets within a small area. On the whole, it is an excellent fit for pilots who have a good grasp of the pace of battle.
Coldrain-Class Tips
Good timing can allow you to maximize the effect of the Coldrain-class' weapon CD reduction ability, though it will also increase its energy use. Try pairing it with Recharge attachments to increase its endurance.
The Coldrain-class also has an anti-warp bonus, making it a good choice for intercepting enemy vessels going to warp.
