February 9th Routine Maintenance Complete

The update is completed. This update mainly includes:
1.Adjusted the irradiation period of Laser weapons to 5-second irradiation periods. The damage of the laser will decrease over each 5-second irradiation period.
2.The Durandal/Caladbolg’s superdevice can now cause up to 5 targets to be unable to use weapons. The recharge time has been increased from 34s to 52s.
3.The Victoria/Elizabeth’s superdevice can now cause up to 10 targets to be unable to use devices. The recharge time has been reduced from 208s to 63s.
4.The Victoria/ Elizabeth’s tactical component is now triggered when the superdevice is fully charged, and its effects have been enhanced.
5.Optimized an issue where client performance may suffer when force field superdevices are in wide use.
6.Added a new feature for Fleets: When a target is marked by the Gunnery Officer or a fleet member is seeking help, a button will show up on the right side of the Overview which will immediately place the marked target or fleet member needing help at the top of the Overview.
7.The minimum bounty posted on a target has been increased to 1000 Iridium.
8.T1 weapons, ammo, devices and components that can be purchased from the Mall will no longer be included in the Bounty calculation for shooting down a target.
9.Fixed an issue where viewing other Pilots’ Honorary Tag info could cause the client to crash.
10.Ammo blueprints in the Merit Store can now be purchased at up to 10 of each per week.
