When armor falls below 30%, grants the ship immunity to all damage for 6.8s and invisible. Can only be triggered once every 180s.
-
Projectional Energy Interference Beam III
Superdevice
Discharges a special beam to link a target within 16km for 9s. The link deals 470 damage to the target and recovers 222 energy to the ship every 3s. The link breaks if the target is out of range.
-
Frigate Artillery
Superdevice
Attacks a target within a range of 6km, dealing 48 damage per second.
-
Frigate Std. Shield Recharger III
Recharger
Recharges your ship's shield by 31 per second for 30s.
-
Frigate Std. Ion Thruster III
Thruster
Boosts your ship's velocity by 100% for 30s.
As a modern version of the Rainbow frigate, the Twilight frigate inherits the Rainbow's role of electronic interception. The Twilight is an epochal upgrade on both electronic compatibility and processor capacity.
During the Century War (765 AG - 878 AG) between the Economic Community of Dawn (ECD) and Glick, ECD upgraded some of its frigates in order to gain an advantage on the battlefield of the Tail Mansion. One of the frigates was the Rainbow's upgrade, the Twilight. ECD's interim wartime government signed a development contract with two companies for the Twilight's test prototype, and then signed a prospective framework cooperation agreement with the Redbud Group, to improve Rainbow's ""immature"" engine system, and solve other tricky issues with the shipboard system.
The resulting improved frigate was the Twilight, which was involved in several important campaigns during the Hundred Years' War, including the Chiao-Mu-Chiao offensive that determined the outcome of the war. The Twilight and cruisers intercepted important targets, including the Commander of Glick, with precision never seen before, and worked with ships possessing great firepower to destroy them.
With the Twilight's performance in the Hundred Years' War, today, as other ships of that era have gradually been retired, the Twilight has instead been upgraded.
Redbud Group added ""Blue Fox"" exterior armor to the avionics system, and attached an upgraded propulsion system. Researchers coated the sides, edges, corners, and other reflective areas, as well as some of the surface of the ship with six types of wave-absorbing materials, to extend the duration of the triggered emergency electromagnetic barrier.
