Ship Background

The Metaphysics battleship, as an upgrade to the Spiritual battleship, plays the same role of an assault battleship. It possesses extraordinary maneuverability and firepower.

The Metaphysics battleship was called the ""proof of advanced technology"" by Blackwood Research Institute designers. For a time, it was used in live combat as a ship for verifying the Dawn's new generation of advanced ship technology, and it provided a more developed way of thinking for the Dawn's ship design and manufacturing.

The Metaphysics battleship's core technology comes from the Lord Battleship of the Titan Empire. During Galactic War IV, the Dawn was fortunate enough to capture a Lord battleship, and gave it to the Blackwood Research Institute in hopes that they could replicate it as fast as possible and use it in the war. But this seemed like an impossible task, so they settled for applying its technology for the rapid upgrade of the Spiritual Battleship. This was the ""Metaphysics"" project.

This project was aimed at comprehensively upgrading its original firepower system and revamping tactical components and devices. Unfortunately, the Metaphysics couldn't be completed on time. Military experts believed that had the Metaphysics Battleship been able to be deployed in time, the Dawn's casualties would have been greatly reduced during the war.

Today, the Metaphysics battleship has had the reaction time of its intelligent pursuit navigation computer improved, and the force-field action force of its focal gravitational-field entangled beam upgraded. On top of that there are major improvements to its processor capability and electronic compatibility. For that, the intelligence agencies of other states evaluate it as the most overall powerful ship of the Dawn Community's military.

Another thing worth noting is that the Lord ship is still perfectly preserved in the headquarters of the Blackwood Research Institute, which is an opportunity for active spies.
