If you have won a physical reward, tap your avatar in the top-left corner of the world map, then tap [Q&A], and then tap [Bugs and Feedback], and then [Submitting Bugs and Feedback]. Tap "Please tap here" and then select [Others] as your [Ticket Subject]. In the "Description" section, enter the recipient's name, address, mobile phone number, and zip code. The customer service support team will verify your info and arrange for the delivery of your reward.
