The Vanguard cruiser is one of the most outstanding representations of the Modern Neo-Europan Military Technology Revolution, but is also seen as a disgrace, as it uses particle cannons that aren't in the style of Neo-Europa, and is a disruptor, a role which is scorned by the Neo-Europa military.
