Ship Background

The Centurion battlecruiser boasts great performance in firepower and electronic compatibility. It can withstand a large amount of damage once the ship's onboard wave energy converter is activated, making it a powerful logistics ship.

The meticulous design style of the Centurion probably originated from the ""Shield of Sparta"", the ship of General Johannes Von Seeckt during the Great Spartan Retreat, around 1180 BG. The general later died for his state, forming a beacon of hope for Spartan people. During the time of the first Great Council, around 960 BG to 400 BG, the prototype of the modern Centurion was designed in the style of the ""Shield of Sparta"", in memory of this great general. In the continued disputes over the long course of history, this design style gradually evolved to become a symbolic characteristic of ships of the Spartan and Neo-Europan era.

In the plan to upgrade old military equipment, Crowley Industrial Group's designers carried on a traditional mechanical design style, and embedded angular geometric shapes (mostly rectangles) that formed a tiered building floating in the sea of stars. This is Neo-Europa's classic mainstream industrial design. The Centurion's design reduced many extraneous parts, and added missile launcher racks to the port side as a main weapon.

In 1011 AG, a backup wave energy converter was added to the ship. Such equipment that serving as an accessory wave energy source can allocate energy to the shields and increase velocity when the ship's damage taken enters a stage of danger, so that the ship can get away from the enemy in an instant.

Nowadays, specialized configurations have been added to the Centurion so that the ship can be outfitted with the latest field research results. This allows it to give its allies even greater advantages on the battlefield.
