The Arbiter battlecruiser is a brand new ship made within the past 20 years. It is the most important ship upgrade project from the Modine Industrial Group in recent years. The project maintains the prototype's advantages as an electronic ship. The original Secondary Energy Power Relay Circuit and the Gaussian Magnetic Field Stabilizer have been upgraded to improve the capacitor and processor capability.
Researches of the Modine Industrial Group added several electronic components to both sides of the ship's body to improve the ship's sustainability. Moreover, a complicated system upgrade was applied to improve the ship's processor capability and capacitor, providing the pilot with flexibility when choosing tactical components and devices. The ship's armor (weak compared to other ships of its class) was also improved during the upgrade.
The latest news from Modine Industrial Group stated that their researchers have once again completely upgraded the fire control system of the Arbiter Battlecruiser recently. Plasma turbulence principles have been used to strengthen the ship's firepower. Still not satisfied with that, researchers also equipped the tail of the ship with an energy recycling field, decreasing the weapons' energy usage, and achieving greater firepower per unit time.
Although the Arbiter and its siblings were all unwelcome in Neo-Europan, the peculiar Modine Industrial Group doesn't seemed to care about the cool reception this electronic battlecruiser received. This makes people wonder if Modine Company's real history is all it claims to be, that it was established by Spartan Restorers who fled to the Economic Community of Dawn to seek refuge?
Fillur Tyrannos, a typical Tyrannos, said cryptically of this rumor, ""As a politician, I have to say that this group actually conforms to the interests of politicians."" As to who these politicians are, nobody knows.
