Adaptive Energy Allocation System
Tactical Component
When energy is above 60%, increases all shield resistances by 10% and base velocity by 15%. When energy is below 60%, increases weapon damage by 15%.
-
Multifocal Anode Maser
Superdevice
Shoots a target with laser within 12km and deals 570 damage. The laser beam refracts between a maximum of 3 nearby enemy targets. Each refraction deals 40% less damage.
-
Frigate Artillery
Superdevice
Attacks a target within a range of 9km, dealing 18 damage per second.
-
Frigate Std. Shield Recharger
Recharger
Recharges your ship's shield by 14 per second for 30s.
-
Frigate Std. Ion Thruster
Thruster
Boosts your ship's velocity by 100% for 30s.
The Convert frigate is a successful electronic recon ship. Its excellent sustainability, maneuverability, and stability make it suitable for scout missions and skirmishes.
This ship was modified in the modern era to be equipped with an Adaptive Energy Allocation System and Multifocal Anode Maser, improving its durability. Today, it is the most common frigate in Oraclite Navy.
The Convert dates back to the years when Moxina had not yet changed its name to Oracle. The prototype of the Convert appeared around that time.
The ship was once named Holy Blood, and was famous for its superb maneuverability. It is also the legendary ship involved in the siege of Svarus during Galactic War I (1230 BG - 1160 BG). In 1123 BG, Sar-Menko, the founder of the First Titan Empire, converted to Deus Faith. The prime minister of the Empire, who was once the Emperor of Moxina, was promoted to the Prince of Moxina. The price ordered for its name to be changed from Holy Blood to Convert, imbuing it with an even deeper meaning. The Convert was painted in a religious and royal style, thereby cementing the complex and high-profile design style of Moxina ships.
But afterwards, the Convert was gradually forgotten amidst the obscure political games of the following era. It was not until Emperor Targus, the founder of the Second Titan Empire, issued the Edict of Megarian in 7 AG and established Deus Faith as the state religion that the ship was remembered. Researchers tried their best to restore the appearance of the Convert based on the surviving design documents, and equipped the extendable front part of the ship with a complex electronic component, improving the operational efficiency of each devices on the ship. This was revolutionary at the time, and the improved efficiency meant stronger firepower. During the Brumaire Scourge operation to suppress heretics, the Convert showed its great power as an outstanding frigate in the Sword of True God fleet.
Now, a millennium later, the Convert has been improved and upgraded for several times. Its firepower system has been enhanced, and exterior armors have been comprehensively upgraded. It has been equipped with advanced technologies that appeared during Galactic War IV, and its outstanding firepower and fantastic maneuverability make it a good scout.
After Galactic War IV, the Golden Sakhra once again upgraded the Convert. Multifocal Anode Masers were applied to reflect anode beams for multi-target attacks, but the power decreases each time the beam is reflected. The adaptive Energy Allocation System increases energy efficiency with an energy-segmenting mode, which automatically allocates energy to the propulsion system and the weapons system based on the preset protocol.
