When shield is below 40%, increases superdevice recovery rate by 90%.
-
Projectional Energy Interference Beam
Superdevice
Discharges a special beam to link a target within 21km for 12s. The link deals 256 damage to the target and recovers 30 energy to the ship every second. The link breaks if the target is out of range.
-
Cruiser Artillery
Superdevice
Attacks a target within a range of 11.76km, dealing 48 damage per second.
-
Cruiser Std. Shield Recharger
Recharger
Recharges your ship's shield by 37 per second for 30s.
-
Cruiser Std. Ion Thruster
Thruster
Boosts your ship's velocity by 100% for 30s.
The Canticle cruiser possesses extraordinary capabilities with great firepower and multiple possible supplementary force-field devices to provide enhancements for teammates. It serves well as a command ship on the battlefield, and fulfills the demands of mid to large campaigns when working with firepower ships.
Moxina (which later became the Oracle Empire) cleverly took sides during the Galactic War II (990 BG-970 BG) to gain a fortune, and took over the properties of Hem-Netjer after the war, which made Moxina finally capable of manufacturing the repair ships that they needed in terms of both resources and technology. This marked the end of the era when senior military officials had to mask their logistical deficiencies with terms like sacrifice, honor, devotion, and God's will.
The vigorous royal house of Nihad and the Consortium of High Priests finally had the opportunity to begin developing large battlecruiser-level repair ships to demonstrate their national might to the universe. And so this project became a serious political task—the result of which was the prototype of the Canticle. This ship was seen as a logistics ship, and was believed to need strong armor. Because of this, the Canticle's survivability was extremely high as long as it avoided concentrated fire.
After electronic ship technology matured, in order to meet the requirements of a logistics ship's sustainability, the Canticle fully adopted an electronic ship design with various electronic units installed on its ""pincers"", saving cabin space for more potential repair modules.
After several upgrades and replacements, Bakr Research Institute redesigned the Canticle with near-perfect energy conservation and sustainability. When its irritable reactor management unit decides there is a shield crisis, it feeds energy into the superdevice called Projectional Energy Disruptor Beam, which disrupts the reactors of enemy ships and extracts energy from them.
After successfully extracting energy, the sacred sigil and runes on the ship light up, like a religious beacon in the darkness of space. Although for outsiders who don't believe in God, it's just a stupid waste of energy, this really does bring spiritual support to the devout warriors of Oracle Empire.
