The Psychic with its strong firepower and compatible modules, performs well overall. Powered by sufficient energy supply, it can serve as backup to help its allies get away when besieged by the enemy.
The Bakr Research Institute has equipped the Psychic with a new type of energy recycler that can recover energy released by attacked targets in a field within a certain amount of time to restore the ship's energy, compensating for the high energy consumption of its self-contained weapons' overloading units. The complementarity of the tactical modules and devices ensures the impeccable performance of the Psychic. However, such a powerful ship once exposed to the enemy, will become a target of precision fire.
The ship, if in the hands of a tactical pilot, can adapt itself to different kinds of battles and provide effective support to its allies. When the tactical component triggers, it turns into an assassin with fatal damage potential on the battleground.
The Psychic was first created during the Philistine Flanders era (337 AG) of the Second Titan Empire. Flanders' coercive religious acts re-confirmed the place of Deus Faith. Although Flanders failed to restore the actual rule of the Empire's border area, he ignited the religious zeal of Oracle's Hem-Netjer who once again took Geonesia, a disputed area within the territory of Svarus, as their target. The state of Geonesia had been taken as a separatist power by Svarus as the former once converted to Deus Faith. In 367 AG, Svarus engaged in a complete military suppression against Geonesia. Hem-Netjer was willing to support Geonesia but only with limited military force. In order to support the expansion of its religion and territory, the Bakr Research Institute developed the Psychic battlecruiser equipped with an onboard support field based on the concept of an electronic ship with good sustainability. Its revolutionary design lengthened the port side. Other than accommodating a Directional Radiant Energy Collector, this design embodied the notion of ""the one sitting at God's left hand"" which implied Deus Faith's redemption in the world. With this religious connotation, this design is applied to today's Psychic.
