Ship Background

The Warhammer cruiser has reliable fire control systems and core onboard commanding systems. In addition, its advanced EM armor controlling system makes the armor tough and stable, while the significantly upgraded processing system and onboard energy allocator improve equipment customization. Now, as the successor of the Battleaxe cruiser, the Warhammer is the best example of modern Svarn technology.

It was designed and developed during Galactic War IV in the same batch of development projects as the modern Battleaxe, also designed as a logistics ship. Not until their defeat in the Porkhov solar system campaign did the Svarn navy realize a commanding cruiser has to possess relatively powerful firepower so as not to rely on frigates' protection and to move at will in missions. For that, the Warhammer cruiser was remodified.

The most amazing part of this upgrade was the 26 sets of Anti-thermal-damage Armor Auto Launchers. The designers installed them on the lower part of the ship and fixed the compatibility problem between the railgun system and Anti-thermal-damage Armor Auto Launchers through a series of complicated circuit relays. This brilliant design made the Warhammer able to perform well in battle.

The upgraded Warhammer cruiser gave stunning performances in the the early campaigns of the Winter Offensive. It was the most efficient firepower support ship and an important part of the guerrilla ship fleet. The Svarn military has claimed that ever since it was deployed to regional conflicts with the Oracle Empire, it has always achieved great military triumphs.

Now, the Warhammer cruiser, with further upgraded compatibility and capacitor, is the most valued ally of the Svarn Navy.
